Hi, I import a photo folder to lightroom, adjust all photos (basic, tone curve, hsl, etc.),then export and save as jpg to HDD, then delete main folder from lightroom list. After this I saw my export resolution was low!! How I must import the folder again and my adjustments? I don't want to adjust photos again! Thank you.

Unfortunately, that is indeed what you'll gave to do. That is why you should seriously reconsider your workflow. Do not delete your originals from Lightroom! The whole idea of using Lightroom is that you keep your originals at all time, and export the versions that you need at the time you need them and at the resolution you need. After you've used the exported images you delete these (because you can export again when needed), not the originals.

If you have a catalog backup which contains the originals and the adjustments, you could use that backup to either do another (high-resolution) export, or to export the relevant photos as a catalog. You can then merge that catalog with your main catalog.

Thank you for this useful advice.

I have a catalog backup, and I recovered .NEF files. I have other catalog and pictures open in lightroom too. how can I import deleted photos with their adjustment to lightroom without deleting my open catalog?

If the NEF files are back in their original folders, and you open the backup catalog (File > Open Catalog), you should see those NEFs with the adjustments you made previously. You can then select those NEFs in grid view and export them as a temporary catalog (File > Export as Catalog).

If you then open your main catalog again, you can import the temporary catalog (File > Import from Another Catalog). After you've confirmed everything looks good in your main catalog, you can delete the temporary catalog.
