Hello...Getting back In

I will be getting a new imac this weekend so I thought it would be the perfect time to upgrade my lightroom (currentle using version 3). Looks like things have changed a bit........is it even possible to get the new version without Cloud storage and monthly dues? I've looked at Adobe's site but have not come across a version without a Cloud option........is this discussed in detail somewhere here.....if so?

Anyway.....looking forward to sharing ideas, and probably some speed bumps, with the group.

you can still get version 6.0 as a perpetual licence, which is upgradable up to 6.14. Then it stops. the new versions (Classic CC aka LR 7) and the new Lightroom CC are only available as a subscription.
