Hello. My first post in the forum. =)

After restoring my apps from backup, it seems like I no longer can't export via the normal key shortcut, "shift, cmd, "E" - and Im about to give up. Tried to reset prefs in the startup - also tried to make a shortcut in the Mac OS prefs, but it didnt work either (and I really dont want that solution). This has happened to me one time before, but I cant remember what I did to solve it. It is very frustrating! =(

Any suggestions? I have also posted the question in the Adobe forum, since Im eager to get a solution as soon as possible.

All best!

Welcome to the forum!

This works fine on my Win 10 system. Perhaps it's a problem with High Sierra?

Works fine for me on High Sierra. Maybe that combo is assigned to something else in your System Preferences - Keyboard - Shortcuts.

Thanks for your answers, and for welcoming me to the forum.

I have been in contact with the Adobe Staff, and have now uninstalled and reinstalled the app (Creative Cloud and Application Manager apps included)

- but the problem remains.

The problem actually saw daylight after I had restored apps and docs from a backup via the built in app for doing such tasks.

Not sure what to try next. From what I know, this como of keys is not assigned in the OS.

As you restored from a backup: did you check that the images are not 'missing'? That could easily happen after a restore (and is usually simple to solve). Lightroom can't export an image if the original is 'missing'.

Hm. Not sure about that. Like singel photos in a folder, or whole folders?

I didnt use time machine, but used the migration assistant. (not sure what its called in english)
