    In the last few minutes I moved the LR Folder out of the "Pictures Folder" to root level (I think thats what its called) along with all other folders. That solved the issue... I was able to remove the "Pictures Folder" from the Folder Panel in LR. Obviously had to re-direct LR to new Folder...
