I am in the process of digitising 14,000 plant samples. The photos have to be exported as .NEF to one folder and as .JPG to another. Is there a way to call an export preset from another or concatenate the contents of two export presets into one. My efforts into the latter option will only export to the second location regardless of their order in the file. I am using Lightroom 6 stand alone. The answers I have found on the web seem to apply to versions below LR 4. There will be various people using this system and the elimination of human error is tantamount.

I think the publish service (to the filesystem) could be used for this. One service for the NEF's (original files) and one for the JPG's.

Thanks Roelof. That doesn't quite solve my problem as there are still two export operations. I have decided to import the raw files straight into their final folder and then simply export the jpgs into a sub-folder, thus eliminating the second export step. The original system setup was not mine but I am slowly getting it to be much more efficient and user friendly.
