Exposure missing

can someone help me.. the basic section under develop is missing.. I can't seem to figure out how it disappeared or how to bring it back.. its very odd

Tone Curve is the first box available.. please advise

Ctrl-click on any header on the right side of the Develop module and click on Basic (or Show all).
