Viewing pasted settings

Often i paste settings from a developed photo to a large batch of photos taken at the same time.

Occasionally i go to the history panel to see what edits i have applied (particularly presets). The info given for a phot where settings are pasted is a rather useless 'paste settings' log.

Is there a way to view the edits that were contained in the paste after the fact (possibly via a plugin?)

Silly question... but why not just look to see which sliders aren't at 0?

The presets I apply are back or RNI. Looking at the sliders won't tell me which preset was applied.
